House Gmeinen has been built in 1688 by the master carpenter Michel Reber.

Renovated in 1962. Decorated north and south façades. In typical Michel Reber style, the house bears inscriptions in both Roman and Gothic script (see houses 17, 21 and 22 in this guide).
